AFFIDAVIT

We, SPS. NOEL IGUBAN and LETICIA F. IGUBAN, both of legal age,
Filipino, with both have residence address at Hermeno Compound, Bucal, Tanza,
Cavite Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law depose
and say:

1. On December 01, 2017, We have entered into a Deed of Absolute Sale which
was acknowledged on the same date before Notary Public Atty. Antonio T.
Nicolas of City of Bacoor, Cavite and entered in his Notarial Register as Doc.
No. 202; Page No. 41; Book No. VIII; Series of 2017;

2. That in the said Deed of Absolute Sale, we are the VENDEE of a portion of
land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-772353 more described
as follows:

“A parcel of land (Lot 724-A-2-D-9, of the subd. plan, Psd-04-077012, being

a portion of lot 724-A-2-D, Psd-04-011057, sit. in the Brgy. of Umboy; Mun.
of Tanza, Prov. of Cavite, Is. of Luzon. Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2
by lot 723, Sta. Cruz de Malabon Estate; on the NE., along line 2-3 by lot
724-A-2-D-8 of the subd. plan; on the SE., along line 3-4 by lot 724-A-2-P,
Psd-04-011057 (Road 6.00 m.w.); and on the SW., along line 4-1 by lot 724-
A-2-D-10 of the subd. plan. Beginning at a pt. marked “1” on plan being N.
68 deg. 43’W., 539.60 m. fr. Mon. 9, Sta.”

3. That, we have fully paid the purchase price from the date of signing thereof,
it was stipulated in the aforementioned Deed that title and ownership over
the subject property;

4. That the VENDOR in the said Deed of Absolute Sale agreed that upon its
execution, said Deed shall be annotated in the Title with the Office of the
Register of Deeds of Trece Martires City;

5. However, since the said Deed of Conditional Sale per se could not be
annotated on the Title with the Office of the Register of Deeds, We therefore
executing this Affidavit for the purpose of attesting to the truthfulness of
the foregoing allegations and in support of my request for the annotation
of an adverse claim over the parcel of land covered by the Transfer
Certificate of Title No. T-772353
