- Finished college with Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
3. Can you provide me with a description of your business?
- Green House Computer Shop is located at San Isidro Norte, Binmaley, Pangasinan.
It started since 2014 and still earning money from the costumers. Mostly, the
costumers are the students making assignments, projects. During class hours, the
students are prohibited to enter here because some students going to computer
shops to escape their classes.
4. How long have you in a business? When did you start running your business?
- 5 years. It started since March 12, 2014.
5. What type of business do you have? Sole proprietorship? Partnership?
- Sole proprietorship.
6. What are the advantages of this kind of business? Was your business productive as
expected?
- The advantage of being the only one who manage here is that all of the income is
yours. Yes, it is productive especially during weekdays.
7. How did you start your business? What are the reasons why you put up this kind of
business? How much is your capital to start this business?
- I started 10 units of computers. The reason is that there is no one to take care of
my parents here and I’m working at abroad specifically (Qatar) as a computer
technician. My capital is 300,000.
8. How did you get the background and necessary skills to run this type of business?
- I learned all my skills in school and developed again in Qatar.
9. Do you know your competitors?
- Yes, there is only one of my competitor here in San Isidro Norte the Randyzidane
Café
10. How do you market your business? Are people aware of your business?
- Before they think that this is just a house but then other people influenced their
friends, relatives to go here. Yes, people are now aware that this is an internet
café.
11. Where do you see your business in the next? Five years? 10 years?
- I think this will grow more to 20 units.
12. Do you have your business plan when it comes to operating your business?
- Yes, I have
13. What is the objective of your business?
14. To help people especially students do their researches, assignments, projects. Also,
others to communicate to their loved ones, friends and relatives.
15. Can you describe your costumer?
- Mostly our customers are students and usually those who don’t have cellphones
or load.
16. Where do your costumer select you over your competitors?
- They chose us because the place is near over our competitors.
17. Are there any ethical concerns that your type of business must deal with? How do you
overcome these problems?
- The problem in internet connection because sometimes are internet turns slow
and costumers are mad that’s why they move to other shop. We can overcome
this by changing our broadband into fiber.
18. What is your management style? What are your strategies to be successful in your
desired business?
- We have a promo that whenever their time passes 3 hours they will have a
discount of 10 pesos per hour after that. Also we serve our customers with respect
and being polite all the times.
19. What are the biggest issue in running this kind of business?
- The poor internet connection.
20. What is the future of this kind of business? Can you give some tips on how to put up
this kind of business?
- It will benefit you you’ll just sitting, operating and earning. Just be polite in serving
your customers, believe in God, learn the different computer skills and computer
management.
 BIOGRAPHY OF THE OWNER

Crisostomo B. Montemayor is an entrepreneur. He started his business

which is computer shop since 2014. The location was on San Isidro
Norte, Binmaley, Pangasinan. He finished with a degree of Bachelor of
Science in Computer Science at Mindanao State University. He also
worked abroad in Qatar (computer technician). The objective of his
business was to help students to do their assignments, researches, etc.
and also the residents who wants to communicate with their loved
ones that is far from them.
