Background and Experience
Please briefly present the partner organization

Asociația “Tinerii 3D” (The Association of 3D Youngsters) is an NGO from Craiova, Romania existing since 2012,
registered January 2013. We are a group of young people who is fighting for respecting the rights of the young people
in the community, for social integration and support of the youngsters that belong to disadvantaged social groups and
also for developing a healthy way of life in 3Directions: education of the mind, culture for soul and sport for the body.
Among our objectives you can find promotions of the volunteering work, of the general creativity, of gender equality and
non-racist prejudices, of the exploration of national and other countries culture, of organization of sport contests and
last but not least, the promotions of the principles of European Union and European citizenship.

What are the activities and experience of the organization in the areas relevant for this application?
Our team is always interested in all the opportunities which help with the development of the youngsters in the
nowadays society and try each time to provide our young volunteers the best experiences, training courses, seminars
because all these high-level quality projects improve their personal skills and competences.

Organizing sports activities for the volunteers from the local community in sports clubs, promoting and advertising small
tournaments, as well as combining those events with information and presentations campaigns (anti-drugs/alcohol,
anti-stress, safe sex, tolerance, healthy nutrition, etc.) is as well part of what we do.

During last years Asociația Tinerii 3D (The Association of 3D Youngsters) has been involved in several different
Erasmus+ and Youth in Action projects and has formed active and implicated volunteers that can disseminate at local
levels what they learn and who can always bring their knowledge and skills to improve the quality of a project or action
that they are implicated in. Even in addition to this we are always interacting with new volunteers who are interested in
learning more and developing their abilities and aptitudes.

Asociaţia Tinerii 3D organized in 2015 “Ready Start Go for EVS Challenge” Training Course, in 2016 “Youth Brings the
Change” Youth Exchange under Erasmus+ and in 2017 “Rights 4 Employment” YE in Craiova, Romania. We were
partners in several European projects last years and we have a growing number of members and volunteers that are
more and more interested to develop their skills in youth work and multiculturality.

As we have EVS accreditation since 2014, we sent more than 80 volunteers on short and long period and even
large scale EVS for different projects in different urban and rural areas in different countries, all of them having all the
time support from our NGO in the following countries: France, Hungary, Turkey, Poland, Slovakia, Lithuania, Ukraine,

Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece and Italy.

Starting 2016 we hosted 24 volunteers from Turkey and Poland for 10 different EVS projects in Craiova and they
work in different fields: promoting volunteering, culture and the city of Craiova, working in kindergarten & schools or
media editing & promotion and much more. In the summer of 2017 we had also a Slovak intern for 2 months.

We also organize training courses, seminars, workshops, public debates about young people problems like human
rights, European/National rights, unemployment between young people etc.
Regarding all this experience we can bring new ideas and good practices from our NGO and from the local comunity
here in Romania to all the other participants of the project.
Please give information on the key persons involved in this application and on the competences and previous
experience that they will bring to the project.

Mr. Adrian Oprică is working in the field of volunteering and European projects since 2009. He took part in a lot of
international and national projects. Adrian is the president of the association and he is an accredited trainer specialized
in the youth work and especially in working with international and multicultural volunteers.
Ms. Monica Coșerean is the volunteer’s coordinator of our association. She is in charge with coordinating at local and
national level different projects and activities that the NGO organize. She has 5 years of experience in the youth field
and 3 years of working directly with Romanian and international volunteers.
Ms. Roxana Motrescu is the international project coordinator. She is in charge with partnerships and maintaining the
connection between us, the partners and the participants of the projects that we implement or our partners do.
These 3 persons are in charge in things related to Erasmus+ in our association, but they are just the coordinators of
the activities. We are working with a big team formed by members and volunteers of the NGO to ensure that we have
enough ideas and support to implement all the projects and activities.

In behalf of Asociaţia Tinerii 3D, the team will ensure all of this:
1. Writing the present application of the project;
2. To select the participants according to the profile of the participants needed in this project;
3. Identifying the special needs of the participants from the team and inform the other partners about these needs;
4. Be involved in the final evaluation of the project, together with the other promoters;
5. Disseminate the results of the project among the local community;
6. To inform the partners about the changes occurred in the project.
