Never have a stand alone segment without speaker label.

Please see below example and such segments should not

come in the file. You can simple ignore that segment.

Do not label the speaker multiple times in the same segment. You need to select speaker at the start of the segment only.
Please see below example of an error in the segment where speaker label is used twice.

The segment should start with speaker label and not with any other tags. Please see below example where [no speech] tag
is used prior to labeling the speaker which is incorrect

In the last segment, the End Time Capsule should be manually typed. It is okay not to type the timestamp if the last
segment is falling with 15 seconds range. If there is music playing after say 1579.416 then that should be the end time of
the segment as show in below images.
