«Adjusting the clutch without the use of portable diagnostic instrument».

1. Prepare auto (switch gear lever to position «N», turn o the ignition, put on the handbrake.)

2. Perimysium contacts in the diagnostic connector DLC3 .

No. 4 (he is fourth from left in top row) and No. 13 (he is fth from the left in the bottom row).

Wait at least 10 seconds.

3. Turn on the ignition when the brake pedal is released (not start).

4. For 3 seconds you should press on the brake pedal at least 7 times.

5. Further, the buzzer will emit 2 long beeps with an interval of 0.25 sec.

6. Push the brake pedal.

7. Hold down the brake, move the shift lever in the following sequence:

N – E – M – plus M – plus M – plus M – plus – M – E – N

(4 times to turn the lever «plus». Thus between inclusions, «plus» do not need to return back to «E» and
«Neutral». In the «E» and «Natal» translate only after the last 4th turning «plus»).

8. Release the brake pedal.

9. Press the brake pedal again.

10. The buzzer will emit a series of beeps at intervals of 0.5 sec.

(If the interval between the signals is 1 second. or signals will not, then should I turn o the ignition, wait 15
seconds. pull the jumper and return to p. A.).

11. Press on the brake at least 3 times within 2 seconds.

12. The buzzer will emit a 2 signal with an interval of 0.25 sec.

12. Press on the brake again and hold the brake pedal down, switch the gear lever to position «Minus»

13. To release the brake.

14. Turn the ignition switch o and wait at least 10 seconds.

15. Disconnect the contacts DLC3 diagnostic connector

«Initialization (clutch linkage and travel sensor clutch) without the use of portable diagnostic

G. Turn the ignition on (not start).

D. for 3 seconds you should press on the brake pedal 7 times.

E. the Buzzer will emit 2 long beeps with an interval of 0.25 sec.

J. Press on the brake pedal and hold…

C While pressing the brake, move the gear lever in the following sequence:

N – E – M – plus – minus – plus – minus – M – E – N

(from «neutral» to «plus – minus – plus – minus, and then again in «neutral»)

I. Let go of the brake

K. Press the brake again

L. the Buzzer will make 3 cycles of the signals 2 signals in a cycle at intervals of 0.5 sec. (simply put, sounds 6-th
signals, rst 2, then after a short pause, another 2, and then the last 2).

(If no signal or signals are published with an interval of 1sec. (up from 0.5 seconds), then turn the ignition o ,
wait at least 10 seconds. o .the ignition and return to the p. A.)

M. In 2 sec. click 3 times on the brake.

N. The buzzer will emit 2 beeps with an interval of 0.25 sec.

O turn the ignition switch O and wait at least 10 seconds.

P. Initialization is completed.

R. Disconnect the bridged contacts in DLC3.

Jumper the contacts no longer required.

A. Prepare auto (switch gear lever to position «N», turn o the ignition.)

B. Turn the ignition on

V. to Wait at least 40 seconds.

G. turn O the ignition

D. Wait at least 15 seconds.

E. Turn the ignition on

J. Start the engine, providing the following conditions:

— the position of the gear lever is «N»
— The brake pedal is depressed
NOTE: At engine start ashes the indicator «N» gear (on the display). The engine does not turn o until until the
indicator «N» will stop blinking.

As soon as the indicator «N» began to burn continuously (stopped ashing) setup completed
