 FACULTY
AIM:

Plan intend to design and equip specific programs to address the needs of the faculty member in the Academic which Business Course and
Information Systems areas in the line of the teaching instruction, methodology and approaches and the application of appropriate instructional tools
and materials to enhance adequate teaching – learning process. However, teaching efficiency does not only entail the external factors as mentioned,
but in the holistic paradigm, this also aims to develop the personal aspect or the internal factors such as social and psychological, spiritual, and
emotional dimensions of the faculty members, as well as their accessibility to professional growth.

GOALS:

Program establishes a concrete line – up of activities to affect a tremendous yet positive atmosphere that would invite a participative effort
among the faculty members, staff and the members of the administration, as the institution of the ABE International College of Business and
Economics bringing about the quality instructions.

1. To design programs and means of evaluating the professional qualifications and educational attainment of the teaching staff commensurate to
the prescription by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED);
2. To expose teaching staff to actual teaching – learning environment and enhance the use of adoptive, competent communication skills
specifically in the English Language as medium of instruction, through seminars and training as may be provided by Professional Lectures;

4. To evaluate teachers/faculty awareness to the personal qualities and traits as a significant factor in increasing performance efficiency, and in

5. To enhance leadership, skills and abilities to be able to encourage them to participate in the organizational planning and development;
