During Shut down at ( OIL SEARCH ) were doing the mechanical work Removing And erection of old
& new Valve at Main header, Discharge Cooler, Pig Receiver, Flare Area. And Pipe rack. Deployment
of manpower by grouping for good direction of task activity to avoid any un finish work for the
whole night and to monitor the sequence of work, conducting of pre task talk for workers
preparation of tools that needed to install the valve. Monitor the torqueing sequence of bolt
tightening using of torch wrench before the inspection & acceptance of operator & QC.all permit
must be in place of work area.
Preparation of document for project ( Manpower plan, Target Plan Base on Engineering plan, Site
Visit, Drawing From General plan, Piping Arrangement Plan, Iso drawing, Material request by
Material Bill Wise, attending the Client Meeting with top management, Monitoring of Spool
Fabricated from Laydown to painting area, Monitoring of daily production from erection wise to fit
up And welding production, Monitoring of NDT, Hydro test and monitoring of Weekly And monthly
plan base on supervisor activity work plan execution for manpower work.
● In March 13 2012 till May 16 2013: The company appointed me as a shop superintendent in a
project of Exxon Mobil under JGC as a Main contractor. ( SHDS Project) after the awarded of project
our team should prepare a document base on (DEP) Design Engineering Process, Work procedure,
QC Inspection Test Plan Procedure & Welding Procedure Specification, Welder List & Qualification
for client review And Approval. On further understanding of work execution under shop Fabrication.
Manpower, Work plan, Material Request, Work execution to their daily work activity and monitor
the daily fit up report & Daily Welding report Progress. Material Issuance monitoring all the NDE
requirement must be in place of work shop Like ITP, Welder List and any kind of procedure that
been approve by the client for more understanding of the welders & Pipe fitters or white helmet,
Material delivery must be inspected by the company QC if there some Manufactured defect or
damage, QC must inform & record with photo attachment on their report before the final inspection
of QC client, all material will be withdrawn by the authorized person like piping foreman or the
supervisor with their drawing to make it sure that material issued by material controller is correct
base on the identification of material to avoid the mis-issuance of wrong materials to the pipe
fitters. Welding consumable must be check by QC if required the PMI or Bottom test for Alloy & SS
materials .also the authorized person like welding foreman, welding supervisor or QC are allowed to
request & sign the request form to electrode control store, QC must check the baking oven if the
electrode baking is in correct temperature of 350 deg. Fahrenheit before they issue to the welder
also must check if the calibration is still valid. consumable controller make sure all the filler wire &
electrode are correct base to the request of authorized person to avoid the wrong consumable will
be welded on joint required WPS. Supervisor & Foreman will assign the welder with valid
certification or Qualification base on materials identification. Before the execution of pipe fitter
supervisor must be brief on their work activity same on other group, lifting supervisor will be submit
all the procedure including the lifting plan execution.
●In Nov.15 2011 till March 12 2012:I also handled the project of the fabrication of PH43 Recovery
under shell bukom after explosion of Pump43 in 2011. Shell are awarded to PEC the recovery project
of all the pipe line that being affected by the explosion. due of urgently of the project the fabrication
team immediately execute the fabrication once the material received from Client since the
procedure are preparing by the project team. All the QC requirement still follow base to the DEP of
Shell owner,
● In Aug 16 2008 Till Jan 9 2010: MPO6 Project as a senior welding supervisor of fabrication & Field
I’ve been monitoring 110 welder, I need to monitor all the field area & Shop for distribution of their
needed welder, the monitoring of critical flange activity, welder rejection rate, welder performance,
hot topping , buttering weld on tank, monthly welder KPI, daily welding report, Pre task Talk.
Improving of welder for any type of materials & Update their Primos certificate From Carbon Steel to
any different type of high grade materials. Tie – in shall be monitoring closely to avoid any rejection
and delayed of target date of achievement.
● As a senior welding supervisor must have a knowledge on basic & technical of welding process for
(Gtaw & Smaw) to guide the welder to improve their welding technique.
● Supervise the daily routine of welders & conduct the Pre task talk, Tool box meeting & discuss how
to be safe on their welding work to prevent the incident Before the execution of workers need to
conduct the daily activities and remind them on their work.
AS a piping Supervisor I need to monitor the daily fit up progress check the pipe spool, materials bill
base on materials wise on the system. Check the coordination from north. east. west And south.
Hauling of materials to erection of pipe spool check the piping arrangement on pipe rack. Check the
3D on the system
Report the daily progress to my superior.
