Observation:
D00069859 - There are missing information in the document details tab after I
unenrolled then re-enrolled the account in training site
D00098980 - Invoices are not showing up in the training environment

Accounts that are not enrolled in the Live environment are not showing in Training
Site ( D00111444 / D00114048)
- I tried un-enrolling an enrolled account (D00069859 - using cancel invoice
gateway)and when I searched for this account, it is still showing up.

ENROLLMENT TOKEN:

Enrollment token : A 9 digit number that is being used to enroll an account to the
BillTrust program

Enrollment token: A billtrust token can only be used once


Each account has their own specific tokens
Enrollment token can be found at the upper right hand corner of the invoice
We are not putting enrollment tokens to invoice of an enrolled account

support for assistance.

* Sorry but that Account Number and enrollment token combination is invalid. Please
make sure you typed them correctly.

If an account is already enrolled in BillTrust, will we still put the Enrollment
Token

If an account is already enrolled in BillTrust, we will no longer put the
enrollment token in their bill. What we are putting is the link to the portal.

The enrollment token is always displayed on the invoice. It�s a static field and
we cannot customize to change between those enrolled and not enrolled. the link to
the portal is also always displayed, in the same box with the token

If an account is not yet enrolled, the Enrollment Token will be in the invoice
until they use it to enroll in BillTrust
as stated above, enrollment token and link are always displayed on the invoice,
regardless of enrollment status

2. Question:
Account D00111444 is not enrolled in BillTrust. I pulled up a copy of their invoice
in Horizon but I did not find the enrollment token. Do you know why?
Horizon generated invoices do not have the token printed on them. its strictly for
BillTrust use only. Any reprints you get from Horizon will not have the token.
Its added when the invoice data is generated in BillTrust

Tokens are customized for each customer. I don�t see why a token cannot be used
twice to enroll someone, however, I would offer to enroll a customer without a
token as a convenience to them. don�t forget, if they want to do it themselves,
and they don�t have a bill in front of them, the token is displayed on the account
document details tab
