period of ten (10) days from the date hereof.

The deadline of submission to the Personnel Section shall not be later than
August 1, 2017.

Duties and Responsibilities:


* Under general supervision, takes down stenographic notes of court proceeding
and transcribes them in accordance with the Rules of The Court and pertinent
issuance of the Supreme Court and the Sandiganbayan;
* Attends court sessions and pre-trial conferences of the Division where and
when he/she is assigned and takes down in stenographic notes all the
proceeding that transpire therein;
* Transcribes in final from immediately at the close of such session priority
judicial directives ensuing form such proceedings, e.g., orders involving
incidents during trials, and pre-trial orders;
* Delivers to the Clerk of Court immediately at the close of such sessions, all
the notes he has taken, to be attached to the records of the case;
* Transcribes all the stenographic notes and attached the transcripts to the
records of th e case not later than twenty (20) days from the time the notes are
taken;
* Accomplishes a verified monthly certification as to compliance therewith;
* Takes down in stenographic notes and transcribes in final form dictations of
his Justice and/or the ponente relative to Resolutions and Decisions of cases
adjudicated in the division where he/she is assigned.

each and every page of duplicate copies of pleading to determine sufficiency
and compliance with rules;
* Examines copies of pleading filed, as well as the attached annexes as to

* Arranges and classifies all pleading received and transmits the same to the
processors for inclusion in the agenda;
* Prepares and types the assignment sheet for all cases needed in the preparation
and release cf court resolutions, notices and processes;
* Assists in th:: preparation and release of minute resolutions, orders, writs and
other processes of the court;
* Addresses envelopes for the service of the court processes; and

Duties and Responsibilities:


* Under immediate supervision, supervise and participate in the work of a small
group of cl erks performing highly skilled and responsible clerical work,
prepares more difficult and confidential correspondence and attend to
important and urgent matter;
* Prepares and submits monthly, semi-annually and annually reports of
activities,
* Original copies of decisions to the Legal Research and Technical Staff and
appropriate resolutions to the Docket and Statistics Section. Over-all in-charge
of the maintenance of records relative to the status of all cases in the Office of
the Clerk of Court Ill; and

Servers;

* Confers and discusses problems encountered in serving and implementation of
Court Orders;
* Takes official custody of all properties ordered for attachment; supervises and

Sandiganbayan security guards;

that guards are properly instructed upon assumption of their tour of duty and

* Prepares details of guards and inspects entries in the guard logbooks; conducts
periodic physical fitness workouts and tactical inspection with troops

submitted for advisory or interpretative opinions;
* Prepares legal studies/memorandum on more difficult legal matters
propounded by the Justices and other officials of the Court;
* Renders opinions on matters referred to him by his immediate supervisor;
discusses legal matters with subordinate attorneys;

Duties and Responsibilities:


* Under general supervision, reviews and evaluates the work of lower level
attorneys;
* Makes studies and researches on questions that come up for resolution or
decision;
* Prepares memoranda in connection with adjudicatory, administrative and bar
matters;
* Investigates complaints against lawyers, judges and court personnel and
makes recommendation thereon;
* Evaluates reports and recommendations on administrative cases; presides over
hearings of administrative cases when required;
* Evaluates the performance of the Court with the view of improving their case
output;
* Conducts study on the systems and procedures of the courts with respect to
docketing, calendaring and disposal of cases;
* Develops court management tools for adoption by the Court; examines money
claims to determine sufficiency and compliance with the rules and regulations;
* Determines legal heirs and distribution of retirement benefits and other
gratuities; and
