Supply and fixing anodised aluminium fully glazed doors as per
drawing with fixed fan light of 0.5m height on top of door using
anodised aluminium sections of 101mmx44mmx3mm for frame
and shutters made of styles ,top ,middle rail of 4.5x4x3mm and
bottom rail of114mmx44mmx3mm,5mm thick glass fitted with
suitable aluminium glazing clips and rubber beadng, shutters
mounted on heavy duty floor springs of isi mark as approved by
engineer on both sides as per drawing including providing
aluminium push plate of 230mm wide on both sides,as per the
drawing including supply and fixing ISI marked andoised
aluminium fixtures of 4 nos 225mmx12mm dia. tower bolts, and
locking arrangements, including cost and conveyance of all
materials to site, including labour charges for manufacturing door ,
fixing in position using wooden blocks & sheets metal screws,
fixing fixtures to the door with required no. of screws etc.,
complete for finished item of work.(The aluminium sections used
shall be standard make confirming to I.S. 1948-1961 and as
approved by the Consultant in-charge for following types of doors):
