Researchers say people with Chronic Pain can benefit from therapy
that can help them sleep better.

moderately or severely effective in controlling insomnia in patients with
prolonged pain. And chronic pain suffering not only benefited from
improved sleep - but they also experienced an entirely positive effect
on anxiety, fatigue, and depression.
