HoVPN and H-VPN, Both Belonging to
HVPN
Hierarchical VPN (HVPN) distributes the functions of one PE
on a non-hierarchical VPN among multiple PEs that play
different roles in a hierarchical architecture.
An HVPN primarily consists of UPEs, SPEs, and NPEs.
