MOTION TO RELEASE DRIVER’S LICENSE

Respondent, by himself, unto this Honorable Office most

respectfully states:
 That accused is a holder of a Non – Professional Driver’s License
issued by the Land Transportation Office;

That said Driver’s License was confiscated by the elements of the

Batangas City Police Station relative to a vehicular mishap that
transpired on June 21, 2010 which is related to the above – captioned
cases;

That said Driver’s License is being material to the work of the

undersigned and requests that the same be released to him;

That he is substituting the same with photocopies of the license;

That if granted, he further undertakes to bring the said license to

the Honorable Court when necessary and if ordered by the Office of
the City Prosecutor;

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed of this Honorable

Office that this motion be granted.
