Statement of Intent for Learning: This week the children will be exposed to new materials and manipulatives
to foster new experiences and create a curiosity in learning.

families. We will also be using multicultural books during group time discussions.

We always have the option of writing notes to each other, to teachers, or to families via email if
the parents were OK with that. We are also looking at their individual interests to choose long-
term investigations for the semester.

We will be discussing families, friends, and other personal information at snack time and
discussing the All About Teacher Books so the children can get to know the teachers better.
