“ FLU “

Receptionist : “ Morning, how can i help you ? “

Patient : “ Yes, i want to check my chest, and i have cough “

Receptionist : “ Oke, please get into the room a doctor “

Patient : “ Where room the doctor ? “

Receptionist : “ The room doctor is, you can go ahead and after go ahead you turn left and in front of
the surgery room is a doctor room “

( patient towards the doctors room )

Doctor : “ Hello mrs putri, what have you come in for today ? “

Patient : “ Just for a couple of days. First, i didn`t take it seriously. But yesterday my situation got
worse. I started to feel chestpain. “

Doctor : “ Come in “

Nurse : “ Sorry for interupting doctor. But, triage nurse really need you, it is an emergency “

Doctor : “ Ok, please check this patient, and i will come back “

Nurse : “ Sure doctor “

Nurse : “ Hello mrs putri. What do you feel ? “

Patient : “ I feel cough and i feel chest paint

Nurse : “ What is like ? sharp, dull, and stabing ? “

Patient : “ I feel a sharp nurse “

Nurse : “ On a scale of 0 to 10, with ten the worst, how would you rate what you feel right now ? “

Patient : “ I think it is 6 “

Nurse : “ Do you feel other health problem ? “
