Primary
- Liaise with government officials on joint ventures, issues or collaborations between Tradewinds
Plantation Berhad ("TPB") and Government Agencies.
- Write letters to government officials on anything that is related to TPB.
- Develop proposal for Corporate Planning department to be presented during government
meetings or to be shown to person-in-charge.
- Manage officer from government sectors from working level to the decision-making level for
them to understand TPB business model and relation to government KPI sector.
- Develop a proposal is easily understood by the audience for them to articulate, understand and
combine with their existing business model.

- Assist and co-operate in the design & development of the Group Level Strategic Restructuring
Plan (SRP) / Business Plan (BP) to align organization (employees) to the Group Business
Strategy.
- Assist in data gathering, categorization, analysis and compilation of data for the development of
the SRP / BP.
- Develop and monitor the Granular List Action (GLA) of key projects.
- Assist in development of Project Monitoring and control templates for easy monitoring and
reporting to the EXCO / BOD.

are properly invoiced.
- Securing all the shift reports are kept on monthly basis properly stored, daily and weekly back
up of statistics information and run end of month routine.
- Maintaining confidentiality of all statistics informations that acquire throughout term of
employment.
