RESOLUTION No. 22 Series 2017

FORMULATING & APPROVING THE BRGY. ANNUAL GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT { GAD } PLAN
AND BUDGET FOR FY 2018 OF BRGY. PANIQUIHAN, BARAS, CATANDUANES WITH THE TOTAL
APPROPRIATION AMOUNTNG TO SIXTY – EIGHT THOUSAND THIRTY PESOS { Php. 68, 030. 00 }

“ WHEREAS “, the Sangguniang Barangay had deliberation on the projects which shall be founded by the
5% GAD amounted to Sixty – Eight Thousand Thirty Pesos { Php. 68, 030. 00 };

“ WHEREAS “, upon review and deliberation, this bodies desided to use this fund for the projects, programs
and activities that will be implemented in the Barangay For FY 2018;

“ WHEREAS “, the 5% GAD budget of Barangay Paniquihan amounting to Sixty – Eight Thousand Thirty
Pesos { Php. 68, 030. 00 } is not enough for all projects, program and activities to be implemented for FY 2018;

“ WHEREAS “, in order to realize the propose GAD projects of the Barangay for FY 2018, majority of the
Sangguniang Barangay agreed and decided and to indicate purely GAD related project in their Annual Investment
Program for FY 2018 particularly to the 20% EDF of the Barangay;

“ NO THEREFORE “, premises considered upon motion of Hon. Allan T. Ignacio, SB Member duly
seconded by the body, be it;

“ RESOLVED “, as it is hereby resolved to approved and formulate this Barangay Annual Gender and
Development { GAD } Plan and Budget FY 2018 of Barangay Paniquihan, Baras, Catanduanes, for Calendar Year
2018 and to be an operative upon review of the Sangguniang Bayan Members;

“ RESOLVED FURTHER “, that the copies of this resolution be furnished at the Office of the Sangguniang
Bayan Members, Municipal Budget Office, Municipal Accountant Office and other concern offices for review and
reference,

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRIORITY GAD PROJECTS OF BRGY. PANIQUIAN, BARAS,

CATANDUANES AS STATED IN THE BRGY. ANNUAL GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT { GAD } PLAN
& BUDGET FOR FY 2018.

“ WHEREAS “, the Sangguniang Barangay of Paniquihan, Baras, Catanduanes during its session takle purely
GAD projects for FY 2018 / develop health programs that encourage contituents to access and demand services for
womens and girls;

“ WHEREAS “, the Sangguniang Barangay gathered in a session that was held on 01 October, 2017 to take
up some steps, methods and ways on how to implement gender – responsive, rights – based and culture – sensitive to
local ordinances and policies that promote the comprehensive health of girls, adolescents, womens and erderly
women;

“ WHEREAS “, during the deliberation of the Sangguniang Barangay they made a draft of Brgy. Annual
Gender and Development { GAD } Plan as a priority projects, programs and activities for FY 2018 budgeted from 5%
GAD Plan of Brgy. Paniquihan;

“ WHEREAS “, aside from 5% GAD Plan there were selected purely and attributed GAD projects, programs
and activities from 10% SK Fund to be implemented for FY 2018;

“ WHEREAS “, the content of the GAD projects, programs and activities for FY 2018 are the following;

a. VAWC Php. 5, 000. 00

b. PWD’s Php. 5, 000. 00
c. RA 9262, RA 8505 & RA 7877 Php. 5, 000. 00
d. Senior Citizens Php. 13, 250. 00
e. Honoraria of DCW, BHW, BNS & BSPO Php. 39, 780. 00
TOTAL APPROPRIATION Php. 68, 030. 00

“ NOW THEREFORE “, as unified desicion of the majority present in the session of the Sangguniang
Barangay it was;

“ RESOLVED “, as it is hereby resolved a Resolution Approving the Brgy. Annual Gender and Development
{ GAD } Plan and Budget for FY 2018;

“ RESOLVED FURTHER “, that the copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Office of the Sangguniang
Bayan Members, Office of the Municipal budget Officer, Office of the Municipal Accountant and to all Government
Offices concerned for their information and kind approval.
