1. Product description
FUGI NANO-Cu is one kind of nano copper particle liquid that is commercialized as fertilizer and fungicide by Ni
Viet Corporation in Viet Nam.

Active ingredient: 29.000ppm Cu

Shape Spherical & crystal

Transmission electron microscopy (TEM): show us the nano copper particles size is much smaller than 20nm.

Each black point is one nano copper particle.

2. Why CUP 2.9SL stand out from the rest fungicide products?

3. Application as eco-friendly fungicide on cocoa plant

FUGI NANO-Cu is the new generation fungicide provides copper micronutrient for plants using nanotechnology -
creating 5-7 nanometers particles. Base on the ultra-small size (nm), these copper particles easily penetrate to
mycelium, bacteria, prevent the formation and development of the fungus efficiently by inactivating the enzyme.

On the capsules, lesions appear at the tip, top and midle of it.
The infected capsules become black rot, and than become hard.
On stems, branches: dark red lesions appeared as water absorbed, the bark cutting
in dark red colour. If desease expanded around the stem, all leafs turn into yellow
and the plant dieing down.
On the leaf: Seedlings and young leaves is usually damaged heavily by this fungous.
Initially it appears in veins, edge, and tips of young leaves. The leaves become
brown and wet, then lesions slowly spreading the leaves, leaves dryed and fall down.

Control measures:

For peventing: Diluting 40 ml of FUGI NANO-Cu in 16 liters of water. Spraying the solution onto the canopy to wet out
leafs and stems, root of plant. Giving attention to the infected parts in the plant.
For curing: Diluting 60-80 ml of FUGI NANO-Cu in 16 liters of water and spraying onto the stems if there are the stems
infected.

Prevent Corticium Salmonicolor causing pink fungal disease

Symptom Development:
- Pathogen often attack stems, brown branches results in stem drying and dieing.
- Fungal pathogen are white at first, then gradually shifted to white pink
- The disease usually occurs during the rainy season.
- It is developing and severe damaging in the cocoa fields that too wet and rop.
- Germs spreading under water, wind and organisms brought from other places (such as beetles, ants, -
termites...).
- The trees should be pruned for good ventilation.
- Shade trees should be pruned too.
Control measures:
For preventing: Diluting 40 ml of FUGI NANO-Cu in 16 liters of water, spraying the solution onto the canopy to wet out
leafs and stems of plant.
For curing: Diluting 80-100 ml of FUGI NANO-Cu in 16 liters of water and spraying onto the stems and branches.

Prevent Cephaleuros sp causing red algea diseases

The symtoms and harmful effects:
- The disease appears on the stems often direct sunlight for long periods, algae easily penetrate the body and
cause shells fired
- Algae penetrates and forms spore in yellow-orange colour, and than stem and branch bark drying partly.
- Heavily infected Trees will poorly grow (small leaf, less of bud) some branches dried, the leaves turn yellow and
falldown.
- The disease usually occurs in the dry season and especially the period between dry and rainy seasons.
- Especially occurs in the garden with lack of shade, where stems were direct sunlight for long periods.
- Where heavily Pruning so stems directly expose to the sun.
- When plants are damaged by the sun and than getting wet.

Control measures:
For preventing: Diluting 40 ml of FUGI NANO-Cu in 16 liters of water, Spraying the solution onto the canopy to wet out
leafs and stems of plant.
For curing: Diluting 100 ml of FUGI NANO-Cu in 16 liters of water and spraying onto the stems and branches.
