Terms and conditions

01. All buses shall be operated on minimum occupancy of 26 passengers at a time for each trip.
02. Booking of buses starts 90 days ( 3 months ) in advance.
03. Currently all buses are being operated on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from both side.
04. Tickets may be transferred to any other person if any passenger may not avail journey. But , it should
be intimated at + 91 9875450988 / 9830421152 min. 24 hours in advance before commencing
journey.

 05. Print-out / mobile SMS should be kept handy to board at bus.

06. One Govt identity proof (Voter card/ Aadhaar Card/ Valid passport / Driving license ) is compulsory
for each passenger to board at bus along with Print-out / mobile SMS containing ticket details.
07. For any delay / loss the management shall not take any responsibility.
08. Operation is subject to availability of minimum passengers as said on serial no. 1 .
09. Service may be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances.
10. Journeys are not insured.
11. 6% discount is applicable for the staffs of S.F.D.C Ltd. carrying original identity proof given by the

12. 5% discount is applicable for tourists of the Mangrove Tourist Complex ( Henry’s Island ) , Sundari
Tourist Complex (Henry’s Island ) and Oceana Tourist Complex (Digha) on submission of hotel
reservation voucher with confirmed status.
13. Management reserves right to cancel the bus journey if there is shortage of passengers. In such case ,
full amount shall be refunded to the passengers 72 hours prior to journey through their respective
bank account.
14. Group booking is also available. 5% flat discount is available on the same.
