3 months becoming CAP Trainee I learned lots of new, starting from the very beginning what’s banking until I
exposed to other impressive materials like how to service others extra miles, writing an effective report to our
manager, and also marathon presentation. I taught all great, but, I have another something special to present.

When I was doing my HR project, I came to one the AVP’s Desk. I saw there were lots of things place there. Right
after that time, I had realized that when we want to know how our life should be, we just need to observe every
existed object around us, Our Desk.
These are objects that I observe

AND BE IN THE FRONT LINE
There’s always ups and downs in our life. Sometimes, downs make us struggle to live our life
especially for workers. I have experienced that issue, when I have to focus in balancing every matters
in my life, including CAP Program. To date, I have to manage 3 projects at the same time. While, I also
have to focus on having high class score standard. The key of always be on track is my mind. “I’m
exhausted but my mind is growing fast “ I always say that whenever at the lowest.
