Dear Georgia Gould,

My last email was referred to someone supporting you, who promised to get back to me.
She didn't.
I still have not had any sort of reply from you, which I find disappointing. I assumed that
Councillors kept in contact with each other, but I have found that not to be true, so I am
emailing you once more.

I have filed a notice to take Camden Council to the Magistrates' Court - Section 91 of the
EPA 1990, relating to the violation of your duty under Section 89, to keep the land clear of
litter as far as practicable. This five day period ends on Monday. At that time, I will apply
for a summons from the Magistrates' Court.
There seems to be a misunderstanding that the area I am complaining of is just my road. It is
not - it is the whole of Bloomsbury/Kings Cross. I have attached a map showing the areas
that I have documented myself.

A Litter Abatement Order requires the Council to keep the land clear or face fines. It also
requires the Council to repay any costs incurred by myself.

I do not really want to go to the effort of the Magistrates' Court, so please make an effort to
clear the land of litter completely before Monday, and put in place measures to prevent
such defacement recurring. I have attached my photo diary. Please look at the photos
yourself, and recognise that this situation is serious.
