PROJECT: Vodafone Delhi LTE/SRAN rollout

DURATION: Dec 2015 Onwards

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Team Lead and Wireless SME for SRAN/LTE/BSC/RNC (2G,3G and 4G) Network rollout.

1. Huawei BSC/RNC 6910, BTS 3900. BTS3911E integration and commissioning.

2. LTE installation and hardware training to partner and Site engineer.
3. DBS3900/BTS 3911E LTE site integration and commissioning training to Subcon and Huawei site engineer.
4. BSC/RNC and BTS IP planning as per customer requirement.
5. Preparing LTE/SRAN site solution and providing training for the same to Subcon / Site engineer for quality
installation.
6. Responsible for ATP of BSC/RNC, Call testing and NOC handover & IT security testing of BSC/RNC post integration.
7. Preparing site solution for SRAN based on site configuration and customer requirement.
8. Providing training to field engineers/vendors to carry out eNodeB/SRAN integration and ATP.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for maintaining good 3G network KPI & providing Counter level analysis for KPI improvement.
2. Checking network for Transport issues (Bandwidth, Errors)/RAN/CEN related issue and providing support for
resolution.
3. Providing actionable on the basis of issues in the network to different teams.
4. Responsible for analyzing flicks/Degradation in the network and improving KPI.
5. Auditing 3G network end to end and ensuring to meet the recommendations to have better 3G KPIs.
6. Providing WRAN/Transmission /CEN support during critical issues/projects/emergencies.

1. Customer support request handling (CSR) for WRAN/LTE (RNC/RBS/Enodeb)

2. Providing consultations to customer queries
3. Upgrade / Update support
4. Emergency handling for LTE / WRAN(RNC/ NodeB / EnodeB)
5. Integration support ( 6XXX & 3XXXX series RBS) locally and remotely.
6. Done RBS/RNC update and upgrades for RWCE region for Vodafone.
7. WRAN Post Upgrade Troubleshooter for Celcom-Malaysia in W13B upgrade. Supported Celcom-Malaysia for KPI
related issues after upgrade.

PROJECT: WRAN engineer in Central O&M team with Ericsson India

DURATION: Jan-2010 – Mar 2013
LACATION: Gurgaon
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Alarm monitoring of 3G node RBS and RNC.

2. Level 1 troubleshooting of reported problem / alarm.
3. Hardware knowledge of RNC/NodeB during the project
4. KPI performance monitoring
5. Integrating Node B (3xxx and 6xxx series).
6. Parameter Audit of data using KGET/DCGMKF of Node B, RNC & recommend changes as per the required values
using MOSHELL/Win-FIOL/Cygwin/Terminal.
7. Conducted the training for customer/field engineers on Node B commissioning and alarm monitoring.
