The contest piece must be three (3) minutes but not more than five (5) minutes.
Five (5) points deduction for every ten (10) seconds exceed.
Attire may include accessories such hats, caps, gloves, scarves, jewelries, etc.
Removing pieces of clothing during the performance is allowed provided it is not
offensive or out of character. Appropriate clothing should be observed in the
competition.
Any move where the competitor’s weight is solely on the neck/ head i.e. head
spins, head stands, tumblings and tossing is not allowed.
The numbers of participants should have minimum of eight (8) and maximum of
fifteen (15).
CRITERIA:
The following will be considered during group performance.

MECHANICS AND CRITERIA
The topic of the essay shall be given during the contest and shall be selected by
the Board of judges.
The essay shall be written in English in NOT less than 200 words and not more
than 250 words.
The contestant shall be given two (2) hours to develop the composition.
The contestant shall be provided with writing paper, pen and a corresponding
number.
The contestants will use a pen name/number in their essay paper. The same pen
name/number will be written to paper together with their real name and the team
where they come from. This will be used for verification of the winners.
No books, materials, dictionaries, cellphones and the like shall be bought inside
the contest venue.
No person shall be allowed inside the contest venue except the contestant and the
proctor.
The result of the contest will be posted on the tally board immediately after the
judges have finished rating them.
The judges’ decision is final.
