Objective/ Scope
Nyasaa is an Astrology based service. It offers daily horoscope and yearly horoscope to the user.
This document contains all the service features & flow of the application.

Product Details
Nyasaa is an astrology based service where subscriber gets to listen to the “Daily Horoscope” or the “Yearly
Horoscope”. It has very strategically aligned content for the user, provides him with the everyday prediction to
yearly prediction.

Renowned Astrologist “Astro Buddy Bhupesh Sharma” provides the quality content for the service. Users get
daily voice call alerts, where they get to find out about their day.
Service is based on subscription model.

Key functionality and all feature’s detail of the product

 Simple, user friendly and intuitive interface open to masses.
 OBD alert functionality pushes the service to end users.
 User can directly select the sun sign from the list.
 Or user can input his Date of Birth.

In- app functionality details

IVR

New User
 User dials the short code – 51518
 User is welcomed by the dynamic prompt.
 Product info with subscription details is played.
 Then user is asked for the confirmation to subscribe the service.
 After confirmation, easily subscribes to the service and gets disconnected.
 When user dials again is welcomed back and prompt is played that user will be straight away taken to the
service or else press 0 for help.

 o If user presses 0, then options are given for either
 Go to service – press 2(If user presses 2, will be taken to the service)
 Product Info – Press 3 (If a user press 3, product info is played)


To unsubscribe – Press 4(If user presses4, is asked for confirmation to unsubscribe)

 When user is taken to the service, is asked to provide the sun sign.

 Two ways in which user can select the sun sign:

o User can directly select the sun sign from the given list.

o Or user can provide the Date of Birth.

 After selecting the sun sign, user is taken to the main menu.
 Main menu consist of following categories
o Change your sun sign press
o Today’s prediction press
o Yearly prediction press
 If user chooses the option to change the sun sign, will be taken again to select the sun sign and would again
finish at main menu.
 If user selects the option of either listening to daily or yearly prediction, it will be played and can come back
to Main menu again.
 User also receives voice alerts (OBD) daily in the morning depicting that day’s horoscope of the subscriber.
 If user didn’t provide information about his zodiac sign during the subscription process, then will get an OBD
to select the zodiac sign.
 For subscribers who haven’t provided the Zodiac sign information, SMS carrying content – “Dear Subscriber,
You have not updated your Sun sign yet, to update the same send Sub NYASAA <Sun sign> to 51518 (toll
free)” will be sent.

SMS
 User can simply subscribe via SMS i.e. “Sub Nyasaa” to 51518.

 After user sends the SMS, He will be asked for the input for Sun sign.

 After user’s reply, asked for the confirmation of the service.

 After the consent, user gets subscribed to the service.

 User starts getting the prediction from the next day via OBD or can listen by dialing the short code.

 To again register or change the sun sign user can send Sub Nyasaa to 51518 (toll free).

 And again select the sun sign.

 To Unsubscribe any pack, User can send

o Unsub<space> Nyasaa to 51518.

Q4: How can I deactivate the service ?

A4: User can dial 534901/02/03 and follow the IVR or else can contact idea customer care for deactivation.

Q5: What are the language option available?

A5: Hindi

Q6: On what basis my predictions are given ?

A6: On the basis of your sun sign predictions as per your DOB predictions are given.

Q7: Can I change my Rashi ?

A7 : Yes IVR provides you the option to change your Rashi.
