VEHICLE HEALTH

Intangles offers integrated vehicle health monitoring system to

track comprehensive component level anomalies and
performance degradation over time raising timely (predictive)

vehicle failure and plan vehicle service along with running

DRIVER SCORECARD
Driving behaviour monitoring helps in allocating percentile
ranks to drivers with a detailed score split at the end of each trip.
Some of the key parameters tracked include idling, free running
(coasting), hard braking, overspeeding, above peak torque ratio
duration, first gear deployment from standstill position,
penultimate & ultimate gear duration. All these factors are
normalized for driving conditions (route) and distance travelled
so that a level playing field is created for all drivers.

FUEL AND CATALYST (ADBLUE)

Fuel and Catalyst monitoring using OEM fitted

sensors is now possible through OBD2 data.
Alerts are raised for low fuel or fuel pilferage.
Low catalyst level leads to vehicle going into
torque limitation due to non conformance to
emission norms. Timely alerts for low catalyst
level and improper dosing due to frozen catalyst
helps save vehicle from abuse and untimely part
degradation.
FLEET PERFORMANCE
Compare different assets across OEMs. Benchmark mileage for
routes based on load and road conditions. Identify poorly per-
forming assets and errant drivers with deep insights into idling,
hardbraking, overspeeding and transmission utilization against
distance travelled and fuel consumed for each asset.

OPERATION AUTOMATION
Automated reports for routes based on pre defined route
timings/schedules. Daily reports for diving exceptions, fleet
utilization and trips. Log non-invoiceable miles (dead-miles) for
parking lot to load pickup location routes. Generate reports and
