Your compensation and deferred pay is a private and confidential subject and you are advised not to discuss or disclose the same with any of your colleagues. All other terms and
conditions of your appointment remain the same.

In view of the judgment of the Honourable Supreme Court of India directing EPF contribution to be made on Basic pay, Special Allowance, we have revised your CTC structure. The
revised CTC structure is appended below for your reference. Please feel free to let us know should you need any clarification.

Needless to emphasise, increased EPF contribution would get you better savings, particularly since EPF is one of the most secure & high yield savings instruments & is tax exempt as
well.
