Executive Summary

Physical fitness is the first requisite to happiness. Our interpretation of physical fitness is the
attainment and maintenance of a uniformly developed body with a sound mind fully capable
of naturally, easily and satisfactorily performing our many and varied daily tasks with
spontaneous zest and pleasure. Optimized physical conditioning that maintains performance,
prevents injury and illness, and speeds recovery is essential to our readiness. We provide to our
customer a full friendly environment.

our fitness center is open to all, men and women who are interested especially to those working
in one corner or lack of exercise effort were can cause of lack circulation of blood (hyper
tension disease, aging, and stress) because of weak organs and unhealthy lifestyle. Those
people who are bulky body cause by fatty foods, those people who experiencing heart attack
or mild stroke and to those people want to maintain their figures or in proper diet for good
looking and healthy body.

Nature of the Business


The nature of this business is providing services to our customer. We will provide gym
services to our customer with our equipment and our trainers. The proposed health and fitness
club will provide indoor facilities of Gymnasium and Exercise Halls to male and female
members and will offer personal fitness training services (gymnasium and exercise) for both
males and female through qualified instructors / trainers.

Services which we provide


Our company is having unique service that can offer to the customers. We are not only
earning or profit matters but we catering a true service to our valued clients/customers to
make sure they are satisfied with the services offered and going home with smile on their
faces. Why our service is unique? The company will offer a full service gym complete with
the state of the art fitness equipment showers, towels service and many other amenities
offered by fitness facilities. While the fitness center will offer equipment for consumer use,
our primary goal is to develop relationships with our clients so that we can provide them with
on-going support for their physical fitness development needs. Unlike other fitness center
they just accommodate their clients and after that, they let the customer do thing without
helping or educating how to use the equipment. Although some customers are familiar with
the equipment’s much better if we could assist them. ABE Fitness Center is acknowledging
the clients satisfaction from the equipment to the services we offered, we have a personnel to
assist on how to use the equipment from the socialization through conversation and through
our designated personnel we give all out the best service that we had.

Form of the Business


The nature of this business is providing services to our customer through our equipment and
our trainers. This is a single member company who will provide gym services to our customer.
A single member company who have just one owner and the only one person who started this
business. The will provide fitness services to the customer who will enjoy their healthy life.

Refuel Physical fitness Center is the place where tailored to an individual typically focuses on
one or more specific skills, and on age or health-related needs such as bone health. Our business
is also cited mental, social and emotional health as an important part of overall fitness. This is
often presented in health textbooks as a triangle made up of three points, which represent
physical, emotional, and mental fitness. Physical fitness can also prevent or treat many chronic
health conditions brought on by unhealthy lifestyle or aging. Working out can also help people
sleep better. To stay healthy it is important to engage in physical activity.

Refuel fitness center has a complete machines and equipment using for the activities ranging
from health related (cardiovascular fitness, body composition, flexibility, muscular strength
and muscular endurance) machines to the skill related (speed, agility, balance, coordination,
reaction time and power) machines where all are highly acquired day to day inspection for the
safety purposes and give satisfaction to our customers. Cleanliness also is very observant, the
location or place is conveniently to our customer and we have a friendly personnel or instructor
to guide and assess you in doing the activities you want.

which point the economy will begin a prolonged recovery period. However, Fitness Center
operate with great economic stability as people will continue to want to stay in shape and
remain healthy despite deleterious changes in the general economy

acquire. These traits include income size, type of business/occupation; how far away from your
business is to your customer, and what the customer is looking for. In this section, you can also

Strategic Direction

 With a strong belief in our own products and services, a complete marketing strategy
now needs to be put in to place too properly and appropriately communicate what we
can offer potential members and existing members considering membership renewal.

 Our branding should be kept consistent to ensure our brand is easily recognizable.
This will require a review of our logo, website and other marketing materials.

 In order to engage the interests of new members and retain the current ones, it’s
important for us to keep up with fitness trends. By attending workshops, seminars and
visiting other gyms we can regularly review what improvements or changes, if any,
should be made to our facilities.

 Regularly gaining an understanding of how we are perceived by members and the


university community will help us to see where our envisioned profile currently
stands.

 We will continue to grow our group fitness timetable in the hopes that we can secure
more All Access members.

 An annual training budget is to be allocated for staff who show enthusiasm to increase
their qualifications so that we might keep up with fitness trends and continue to add
new classes and services.

 We aim for improved performance of our casual fitness staff through mentoring by
management as well as bonus incentives for personal trainers.

Management Team.

In this business a single member is owner and also CEO of this organization and his name is
Mr. Ahmad he was graduated whit BBA degree from Comsats University Lahore. In this
management team one desk man who have BA degree and it must be good in dealing with
customer and have knowledge in communication skills. Two trainers who have one year
experience in fixing all fitness equipment and knowledgeable about the spare part needed of
the particular equipment. They should have knowledge about our business. They must have
good communication skills and have pleasing personality.

Production Operation Management

Operation flow chart the above chart described the whole flows or process of the operation.
Registration / Membership fee this is the first step in order to enter and enjoying using our
facilities. The customer should pay the registration/membership at the front desk.

Log in and Proceed to the Locker.

This stage all clients will proceed to the designated locker or available locker to change and
prepare. In accordance to the compliance of our service code we designate personnel to assist
them whatever they want and to educate them how to use all the facilities especially to the new
members.

Log out

This stage all the customer should sign out before leaving the gym with the knowledge of
personnel in order to monitor who and how many are left in the fitness room. Registration /

PRODUCTION PROCESS

We will buy this equipment and all prices listed are from Dick’s Sporting Goods.

Maintenance will need to be done on machines at one point or another. The cost for this is
broken down in the management and HR plan under the maintenance man.

This equipment is all a onetime purchase so there will be no further costs or productions.
There is money set aside in the miscellaneous category for purchases we may need to make
for the gym. There is also money set aside to fixing machines when they break.

Managers will oversee day to day production of selling gym memberships and watching over
the safety of our members.

marketing the business/getting our name out there and handling any complaints or problems
appropriately with the help of the board of directors, but the CEO and board of directors have
the final say.

Managers have customer service and communication skills, be a good problem-solver, able
to motivate employees, and be determined to grow the business. Someone with at least an
associate’s degree in management is desired.

One full-time financial employee that will handle any costs/expenses of equipment, bills
(electricity, water, and rent), calculate revenue brought in from memberships and other
sources, estimate projected growth for the future and hypothesize where we can make better
decisions with our money in regards to purchasing and advertising. Must have good computer
and communication skills, knowledge of accounting and math Financial/accounting degree
required.

Marketing & Advertising

Online Advertisement

Through the fast growing of technology, our business is having an advertisement online to the
awareness to the public of our existence. We have also a website to check it out our clients
about our mission and vision as well as the location of our fitness center and for online inquiries
within its webpage. We would use a social media like Facebook for promotions and to have a
conversation and comments regarding our services; tagging and checking out the entire picture
for the satisfaction to our customer.

Flyers

We used flyers to the client who cannot reach the online advertisement. These flyers are more
appropriate in fully establish our existence in the market. This is a form of small coupon of
paper where encoded the location and telephone # of our office, the images and sketch way to
our fitness center.

Word of Mouth

This strategy is inexpensive and traditionally way of encouraging the customer to visit their
place to purchased something for the sake of increasing their sales. Our company needs this
strategy, where other customers will tell or introduce our company to their family, relatives
and friends, so we can also increase sales.

Product They have to provide services at fitness club. They have all type of equipment
for their customer. So customer easily take facilities from this club to burn
their calories.

Place Refuel fitness club located at Bahria Town Lahore.


They have 2 branches first one is Bahiria Town and 2nd one is Bahria Orchard.

Price They have set their prices as well as a course. Like monthly fixed for every
person. They have to provide some less in their fees.
