GREETINGS:

You are hereby required to file with this Court, Metropolitan Trial Court,
Manila Branch 1, within seven (7) days after service of summons upon you, your
Answer to the Complaint of the plaintiff, a copy of which Complaint, together with
the Annexes thereof, is hereto attached and herewith served upon you, and to serve
a copy of said Answer, within the said period upon the plaintiff.

The Rule on Summary Procedure shall apply in this case and you are
prohibited from filing a motion to dismiss, a motion for a bill of particulars, or a
motion for extension of time to file pleadings.

Should you fail to file your Answer to the plaintiff’s Complaint within the
reglementary seven-day period therein provided for, this Court, motu proprio, or on
motion of the plaintiff shall render judgment as may be warranted by the facts
alleged in the Complaint and limited to what is prayed for therein, except in the
amount of damages, which this Court may reduce in its discretion
