Project Description

Developer: One Portal’ as a single window for looking up and discovering all the
Government services and consuming the required services in a citizen-centric manner and it
shall also enable citizen’s engagement with Government. The Vision of One Portal is “to be the
single access point for all e-Services provided by the Government to the citizens and businesses
and for a sustained engagement with the Government.” For this One portal Access Citizen
should register with Aadhar number.

 On selecting the above services, the citizen will have the option to enter the Aadhar No. once the
Aadhar no is entered the details of the Aadhar no with Name and Address should be populated.
 On selecting the above services, the citizen will have the option to select the below option
a. District Mandal
b. Village
c. Survey no.
d. Katha no.
e. Fasil Year
 After entering the required details, the “Submit” button should be enabled
 On submission, it is redirected to payment gateway for requisite payment (Payment INR 7 in
favor of Department) and after completion of payment digitally signed records may be
downloaded.

The Records provided should have QR code. The QR code should verify from the CLGS database.

Project Description:
Every new government employee who got selected for new role/ job/ position in
government departments’ is supposed to have clean credentials, before appointment so that the employee
should not become a liability to government in future. So, in order to ascertain the candidate's bonafide, the
appointing/ recruiting authority may request the State Intelligence in the police department to verify and
report on the character and antecedents, the criminal cases, if any, registered or pending, against the selected
candidate. Usually, these inquiries are carried out by the police station personal (Field Verification Officers)
of the permanent& present addresses of the selected candidate. They also verify in the school(s) and
college(s) in the same district or studied district to confirm the education details and the company/
companies to know the reason for resigning the job and joining the new one if the selected candidate has
prior experience.
Responsibilities:
