Micromaster Demo Case
The demo case is equipped with a MICROMASTER 420 or

MICROMASER 440 and a 120 W motor (1LA7060). The serial
interface of the MICROMASTER is wired on a D-sub plug, the digital
inputs are wired to switches or connection sockets. These outputs
can be connected with other presentation systems for the converter‘s
external control. An analog target value can be specified by means of
a potentiometer.

SINAMICS G110 Demo Case
The demo case is equipped with a SINAMICS G110

converter in analog version. It can be operated as stand-
alone system or together with other systems. Furthermore,
the demo case comprises conversion instructions which
enable the user to replace the converter by a USS version
(not included in the scope of supply).
The demo system is supplied in a dark-blue transportation
case with the following dimensions: 400x300x210 mm. The
transportation cases are stackable.

SINAMICS S110 Demo Case
The SINAMICS S110 demo case represents a convincing

presentation system for all situations thanks to its compact
design. It vividly demonstrates easy and accurate axis
positioning via the integrated basic positioner (EPos) of
the SINAMICS S110. Furthermore, the integrated 4" touch
panel allows for the specification of target values via the
Profibus or CAN bus interface. The travel adapter and
replaceable side panels (German / English) included in
the scope of supply facilitate global applicability.
The pre-programmed SINAMICS S110 demo case is
supplied in a stackable case.

The LOGO! Learn Advanced training device is mounted on a stable

S7-1200 Controller Demo Box
The S7-1200 controller demo box offers sound readability and comfortable
operation thanks to the stable metal rack and the inclined front plate. The
integrated displays, the input simulator SIM 1274, the sensor box with temperature
control system, the potentiometer and the KTP600 basic color PN touch panel
facilitate attractive demonstration of the advantages offered by the S7-1200.
The enclosed Step 7 Basic software supports programming of the demo box in
accordance with your individual requirements.
The S7-1200 controller demo box can also be
connected to other S7-1200 demo boxes via a
37-pole D-sub plug.
Furthermore, connection of the SITRAIN belt model
or the car wash simulation model is supported.

The 15" SIMATIC thin client is embedded in an anodized

aluminum chassis, detached from the corpus and with 10° tilting

The sensor box comprises a temperature control system

with a temperature range from 0 to 100°C.
The temperature can be measured via 2 sensors:

- Via PT100 output

An internal halogen lamp indicates the heating phase.
Control is realized via a digital pulse-width modulation.
