TEAMWORK STORY
Benefits of ‘TEAMWORK’

GOD has provided us with a lot of signs

to spend a successful life.
Mankind has learnt many natural habits
of Godly Creatures…
If we observe closely we will find an
excellent example of teamwork in
nature;
“Nature of GEESE”
GOOSE STORY

The next season,

when you see the geese migrating,
going to a warmer place,
to sort the winter...
Pay attention that they fly in a “V” formation.
Lets find out why they do it this way...
GOOSE STORY

By flying in a “V” formation

Geese accomplish ....???
GOOSE STORY

The whole flock increases

the flight efficiency by 71%

Compared to just one bird flying alone

GOOSE STORY

Lesson 1:
Sharing the same direction
and working as a team, get us to
the destination quicker and easier.
By helping ourselves, the
accomplishments are greater!.
GOOSE STORY

When a goose leaves the

formation… ???
GOOSE STORY

It feels the resistance of the air and the

difficulties of flying alone....
GOOSE STORY

Then, it quickly comes back to the formation

to take advantage of the the flock’s power
in front of it ...
GOOSE STORY

Lesson 2:

By staying in tune and united beside those who

are going in the same direction, the effort will
be less.

It will be easier and pleasing to reach the goals,

Everyone will be inclined to accept and give help.

GOOSE STORY

When the leader goose gets tired of

flying in front...
GOOSE STORY

... He goes to the end of the “V” formation.

While another goose takes the lead.
GOOSE STORY

Lesson 3:

To share the leadership,

There must be mutual respect between us

all the time...

For sharing the hardest problems and

tasks...

For gathering our abilities and combining

our talents and resources...
GOOSE STORY

The geese flying on a “V” formation, they quack

to encourage to the ones in the front.

In that way, they keep the same speed.

GOOSE STORY

Lesson 4:

When there is courage and encouragement,

the progress is greater..

A timely word of encouragement,

always motivates, helps and strengthens..
It produces the best of benefits...
GOOSE STORY

When a goose gets sick, injured

or gets tired ,
GOOSE STORY

And he must leave

the formation...
GOOSE STORY

Other geese leave the formation too,

and they fly with him to help him out
and protect him.
They remain with him until he is able to
fly again or he dies.
They reach their bevy or they just make
another “V” formation.
GOOSE STORY

Lesson 5:

Let’s stay
beside each other
no matter what the differences are.

Specially in times of difficulty

and great challenges.
GOOSE STORY

If we bond together and support each

other..
If we make true spirit of
teamwork…
Regardless of our differences, we can rise
to meet our challenges.

If we are aware of the feeling of sharing,

life would be easier and the passing of
years more fulfilling.

How to improve …

JOHARY WINDOW

Open Area Blind Area

Hidden Area Unknown Area

Method Invented By Joseph Luft and Harry Ingham

How to improve …

 We are most productive when we

work with others in the Open Area.
Misunderstanding are least likely to
occur here because communication is
crystal.

 Fortunately the size of the open area

can be increased.
How to improve …

 Disclosure expands the Hidden Area

in to the Open Area.

 Feed back expands the Blind Area in

to the Open Area.

 Self discovery expands the Unknown

Area in to the Open Area
Always Remember this

 Smooth roads never makes good drivers.

 Smooth seas never make good sailors.
 Clear skies never make good pilots. A problem
free life never makes a strong and good
person.
 Have a tough but winning day ahead. Be strong
enough to accept the challenges of life.

Do not ask life, Why Me? Instead say Try Me.
