Ref: Your letter No. SNIL/MMRCL/KLK /R-Renewal 12019-20 dated 6.8.2019 with a requestfoirenewar
of your product approved by Maha Metro.
Dear Sirs,
This has reference to your letters referred above concerning the subject as submitted to this office and
sought for renewal of your approved products of "Nakoda" Reinforcement Steel bars "(8mm dia to
32mm Dia.) for use in Non-Dynamic Structures only as issued vide this office letter No. NMRp/AGM
(Cont.)/36/ Vendor registration/Nakoda lspat /20181422 dated 06.01 .2018
Based on your reguest, competent Authority has accepted for renewal for further period of One year for
use in Non-Dynamic Structures only for the products of "Nakoda" Reinforcement Steel bars ',(8mm
dia to 32rnm Dia.) only.
Please the note that the product approval/renewal is subject to the following terms and condition.
1. Maha Metro will not give any assurance/Guarantee for use of your products/services for ongoing / future
projects.
2. This Product Approval does not bind Maha Metro in any way for use of your product or services in our Metro
RailProjects.
3. The approval shall stand cancelled automatically in case of any negative feedback about the performance/
compliance on your products to the specification & Quality requirement from the previous organizations,
where the products has been used.
4. ln case, your product is required to be used in our existing ongoing projects, a fresh approval from
concerned ED/ CPM is necessary, who shall satisfy himself by conducting necessary satisfactory
performance fesfs at site / approved Laboratory initially and also from time to time as per standard practices/
codes and also as directed by the Engineer-ln-Charge on cost benefit consideration wh1e compared to
approved vendor listed in the contract agreement.
5. Maha Metro reserves the right to remove or suspend the product approvat without assigning any reasons
