SUMMARY
Based on the prior data on table 1 and some segment indicators, here are some conclusions as a guidance :
1. Purwakarta (Grade B which is Potential area)
Other considerations :
Number of segments of property, Hotel, Finance, manufacture (the highest) which have been existed also
support to be considered as a propose of this decision.
2. Sumedang (Grade B which is Potential area)
Other considerations :
As Purwarkarta, Sumedang needs to be considered as well (refer to some segments)
3. Majalengka (Grade C which is Less Potential area)
Other considerations :
The least amount of some segments which are Manufacture, Education, and Retails that are only dominated
by small retailing store such as Alfamart and Indomaret is being consideration.

SUMMARY
Based on the prior data on table 2 and some segment indicators, the following conclusions :
1. Tegal, Pemalang, Pekalongan, Kendal, Magelang and Salatiga (Grade B which is Potential area)
Other considerations :
All of above cities have potential area because other segment data support them to be proposed
to roll out as well.
2. Brebes and Boyolali (Grade C which is Less Potential area)
Other considerations :
if we can see the data from general indicators, mostly they have segment of Retails which are
dominated by small retailing stores such as Alfamart and Indomaret and there is only one mall in Brebes.
Other segments also support the data that they don’t have potential area such as segment of property
and hotels (less amount)

Other considerations :
If we can see the data from other segment indicators (Hotels, Finance, and Education), mostly
they have potential which already have been existed.

SUMMARY
Based on the prior data on table 4 and some segment indicators, the following conclusions :
1. Palembang and Batam /Bintan (Grade A which is Very Potential area)
Other considerations :
They have very potential area because other segment data (the segment Hotel, Finance,
Manufacture, and Education) support them to be proposed to roll out as well.
2. Aceh, Pekanbaru, Padang, Jambi, Bengkulu and Lampung (Grade B which is Potential area)
Other considerations :
Other segment indicators also contribute to be considered as well for them.
HEAD SUMMARY
Regarding to the prior explanation we have four grade classifications such as :
a. Grade A = Very Potential Area
- East Java (Jombang)
- Sumatera (Palembang and Batam)
b. Grade B = Potential Area
- West Java (Purwakarta and Sumedang)
- Central Java (Tegal, Pemalang, Pekalongan, Kendal, Magelang and Salatiga)
- East Java (Madiun, Mojokerto and Pasuruan)
- Sumatera (Aceh, Pekanbaru, Padang, Jambi, Bengkulu, Lampung)
c. Grade C = Less Potential Area
- West Java (Majalengka)
- Central Java (Boyolali and Brebes)
d. Grade D = No Potential Area
