1. Write a notes on Case Book on the following areas

a. Find out the substantive law/s ant the relevant provisions on the basis of which the suit is
contested

b. Whether Plaint, Written Statement are as per the provisions of Code of Civil Procedure.
Give your reasoning there on based on CPC

2. Whether the Contents of Judgment/ Order are as per the ingredients of relevant provisions of
CPC? ( provide reasons)

3. Which are the aspects/provisions of CPC, you found more important in the judgment/ Orders
 4. Write a summary of litigation step by step as per the provisions of CPC

5. On the part of plaintiff trace the following points

(a) Correctness of the format of plaint, names of parties, age, address

(b) Whether there is mention of valuation of suit for Court fees

c. Is there as proper narration of facts, causes of action, limitation ( write down it and cite
the relevant provision of CPC)

d. Whether reliefs are claimed precisely?

e. Whether appropriate verification and affidavit is there. (Write down the relevant
provisions of CPC which are applicable for it.)

5B. On the side of Written Statement, trace the following points

 a. Whether denials are as per the provisions of CPC ( cite the relevant provisions and your
observation on correctness/mistakes in the denial)

b. Whether specific contentions are raised? If yes mention them.

c. Is there a appropriate verification and affidavit? Point how they are appropriate or not?

5C. On framing of issues make the observation on the following points

a. Whether issues are framed as per the provisions of CPC. ( Mention those issues and point
out compliance with provisions of CPC)

b. Whether any issue is left out, if yes what was that issue and why you think that it was a
relevant issue?

5D. Write below your observations relating to Affidavits in lieu of evidence.

a. Is it in the appropriate form and fulfilling the requirements of CPC

5E. On the part of Judgment and decree observe the following points

a. Is it fulfilling the ingredients as set out in CPC ( write separately for each)
