Here are some questions that are commonly asked in job interview:
 Why do you want to work in our company?
 Why should we hire you?
 What are your goals?
 Where do you see yourself five years from now?
 What are your weaknesses?
 Why did you leave or why are you leaving your current job?
 When were you most satisfied in your job?
 What can you do for us that other candidates cannot offer?
 What motivates you?
 \What will you do if you don't get this position?
 What type of work environment do you prefer?
 Describe a difficult work situation / project and how you overcame it?
 What three positive things would your last boss say about you?
 How much salary are you seeking? Or how much salary are you expecting?

Applicants : because I like to and in accordance with the abilities I have
Officer : Why do you want this job?
Applicants : Because this is in accordance with the expertise that I have
Officer : What applicable attributes / experience do you have?
Applicants : Previously I worked in the same field during the one year
Officer : What can you do for this company?
Applicants : Develop the company in accordance with the skills and abilities that
I have
Officer : Why should we hire you?
Applicants : Because this work in accordance with the skills my expertise and I
am happy doing the work I do
Officer : What do you know about this company?
Applicants : I know this company has been working since 8 years ago and
already has branches in major cities in Indonesia
Officer : Why do you want to work here?
Applicants : Because I want to develop my skills and abilities
Officer : What challenges are you looking for in a position?
Applicants : challenges that I never do when there are big projects and must
require the team to do
Officer : What can you contribute to this company?
Applicants : Appropriate skills and my ability will give the best for this company
Officer : Now questions about the future. What are you looking for in your
next job?
Applicants : For me the important thing is how this company into a growing
company, famous for its good performance from employees to customers/patients
Officer : What are your goals for the next five years / ten years?
Applicants : The aim is to make programs about the work I do in the company
Officer : How do you plan to achieve those goals?
Applicants : By way of making the programs in the short term or long
Officer : What are your salary requirements - both short-term and long-term?
Applicants : I think the salary is adjusted to the ability that I have
Officer : What will you do if you don't get this position?
Applicants : First I'll be happy and I will develop and provide the best for the
company
Officer : What is your greatest weakness?
Applicants : When I work with unhealthy body conditions
Officer : What is your greatest strength?
Applicants : Motivation from family and friends to be able to continue to work
ranging from small to big until I succeed
Officer : How many hours do you normally work?
Applicants : I can work from morning till evening and I was able overtime
Officer : What motivates you?
Applicants : Families, friends and someone who motivates me to keep working
until success.
Officer : Tell me about yourself?
Applicants : I am a very friendly, keep their promises, humor, polite, and when speaking
with others, people feel comfortable. I do not like to someone who is selfish, breaking promises
and not polite
Officer : What type of work environment do you prefer?
Applicants : Kind of quiet and comfortable environment
Officer : How do you evaluate success?
Applicants : By asking opinions to coworkers and customers/patients, whether the
customers/patients happy and satisfied with the work I do

Officer : If you know your boss is 100% wrong about something how would you handle
it?
Applicants : I'll talk to the boss if what was done was wrong of course with due regard to
the attitude without making the boss angry
Officer : Why are you leaving your job?
Applicants : I made the company into developing up till now
Officer : thank you for your attendance for interview
