Assist CPA/INS for inspection 4”gas lift header due to corrosion under pipe
support
Status:
- The job started today.
- Install scaffolding for inspection puposes. In case of existing pipe’s thickness below the
Treq (thickness requirement), the pipe section will be replaced.
- As per info from Foreman, all materials for this item is ready.
- This morning LCT total 1 will be moved to CPA for lifting of 20”piping spool ex. ENI tie
ins, to be transferred to Meindo for modification.

Repair leaking at 4”FL of HA-3 SS by removing check valve then install rated
spade.
Status:
Completed

Gas lift pack off installation at HH-445G
Status:
- Currently, activity for this item was put ON HOLD, due to WLI/WLC activity.
- Remaining activity:
a. Tie ins for 4”flow line, 2 joints
b. Tie ins 2”gas lift line , 1 joint
c. Leak test and touch up painting
d.NDT and dismantled scaffolding.

Gas lift pack off installation at HG-361S
Status:
- De-spading at 2”gas lift line and 3”relief line, done.
- Leak test at spading point, done
- The remaining scope is WLI to install last spool to top cap, and leak test accordingly.
- Remove temporary support.
