Transcendent Star: The Eighth Star

There are six interior stars within the subtle body, and there is a seventh on top of the head. This
seventh star is called the “place of crossing,” and likewise, “everlasting door” and “gate of
heaven,” for it is the point in the subtle body through which the soul or consciousness shifts out of
the body in the transference of consciousness when the soul or consciousness enters into the
afterlife states. There is, however, another “interior star” above the head, which is called the
“eighth star,” “secret star” or “transcendent star,” about which little is said in the teachings of
the tradition. The Mother Spirit inclines me to share some mysteries concerning this “True Star.”

If we look into Gnostic Scriptures there is the discussion of a “True Star” beyond the stars of our
birth, and that True Star corresponds with the light and reality of our soul within the Pleroma of
Light, or Atzilut, or the true kingdom of heaven – the truth of our bornless being. Likewise in
Gnostic Scriptures, there is an eighth heaven beyond the seven heavens from which the Christ
emanates, and this is the true kingdom of heaven, beyond the dominion of the demiurge and
archons, or the illusion of separation. The transcendent star corresponds with our True Star, or the
reality of our soul in the kingdom of heaven that Christ Is, and yet more, it corresponds with the
Primordial Christ, or Primordial Enlightenment.

As we know, neshamah, ruach and nefesh encompass the seven interior stars; hence, the aspects of
the soul corresponding with our incarnations, this world, and the seven heavens. The transcendent
star, however, corresponds with our soul in the World to Come, and as such corresponds with
yechidah and hayyah, our divine spark and light-power, or life-power, radiating from it.

The seven interior stars are the manifestation of the spiritual power of the seven Sefirot of
Construction in us, and therefore the eighth star corresponds with the Supernals, Keter-Hokmah-
Binah, or with Habad of Atzilut (Hokmah-Binah-Da’at).

As we know, the seven interior stars are rainbow glory, the Supernal Light, and its essence, the
Clear Light, as it were, passing through the crown star as through a prism, manifesting these seven
rays of light, violent to red. In this we may understand that the eighth star corresponds with the
Supernal Light and its essence, the Clear Light; hence, the reality of our soul, yechidah and
hayyah, as this Holy Light of God, Or Ain Sof (Light of the Infinite).

The reality of the Primordial Christ, of course, corresponds with Adam Kadmon (Primordial Human
One), and as we know, Christ emanates from Atik Yomin (Ancient of Days); this “interior star”
reaches into the corresponding realities beyond beyond, everlasting. Who can speak of this
mystery?

There is the self-realization in mental consciousness, corresponding with the experience of states
of cosmic consciousness and the overmind, and these are gradations of the realization of the Divine
I Am in the crown through the brow star, but beyond this there are also gradations of Supernal or
Supramental Consciousness, greater gradations of the realization of the Divine I Am, and in these
the experience of conscious union with Christ in God, the True Light, becomes possible. If and
when a soul enters into the experience of Supernal Consciousness, or true Christ Consciousness, the
knowledge and power of the transcendent star, or True Star, becomes embodied. The nature of this
True Star and the Habad of Atzilut, however, is endless “light,” or infinite Being-Consciousness-
Force, as such there is that which becomes p’nimi, internalized, embodied, and that which
remains makifin, encircling, transcendent, not embodied. What becomes p’nimi corresponds with
the Light Transmission, or ruach and da’at an Anointed Tzaddik or Apostle can impart when this
Supernal Realization dawns, what remains makifin corresponds with knowledge and power they
hold beyond the body, the Body of Truth and Body of Glory in the World to Come. In other words, in
the experience of Supernal or Messianic Consciousness, a Holy Tzaddik holds wisdom,
understanding and knowledge far beyond what they can and communicate in this world – Habad of
Primordial and Supernal Being (Messiah, or Christ); yet, there is that of this enlightened being they
embody and communicate, and if and when received in full other souls are able to enter into the
very same Gnostic experience, the experience of true Christ Consciousness. This corresponds with
true salvation, the enlightenment and liberation of souls.

In this, perhaps, we may understand the term “transcendent star,” for whatever knowledge and
power of this star is internalized and embodied, there is the evermore that is transcendent and
that cannot be embodied and communicated in this world. Likewise, it is called the “secret star”
because the truth and reality of this Holy Star can only be know through direct experience, the
fruition of the Gnostic experience; hence, in the dawn of full enlightenment – Christ
Consciousness.

On one hand, this enlightenment can seem far removed from us, as though a possibility for us many
lives in some future life, and on a certain level perhaps this may be true; and yet, on the other
hand, this enlightenment is not far removed from us at all, but it is very near, it is the very essence
and nature of our being, the primordial and supernal truth of the inmost parts of our soul. Who
knows when this enlightenment experience will dawn for us? We do not know, God knows. Yet,
abiding in the Sanctuary of Grace we should not believe it is far removed from us, for at any
moment Divine Grace can move and a Thunderbolt Enlightenment can transpire; but likewise,
neither should we hold vital demands for this, or lust for results in self-grasping, but instead, we
need to go within and live within, waiting upon the Spirit of God to enlighten and liberate us.

Who knows when this may happen in our experience, whether in this life, at the time of our death,
in the afterlife states, in our next life? Who knows? God knows. All as God wills and ordains. For
our part, we abide in faith, hope and love, cleaving to the Risen Christ, striving always for a better
resurrection, or greater realization, aware that it is Christ and the Holy Spirit that brings about this
realization or enlightenment of souls. With God, anything is possible at anytime, and understanding
this we have no reason to doubt, and no reason to grasp and be impatient, instead we abide in the
Sanctuary of Grace, waiting upon the Spirit of the Lord, following in the Way, certain of our
salvation in the Risen Christ.

Thoughts such as “I know” and “I do not know,” “I can know” and “I cannot know,” recognize these
as obstructions, klippot, and let go of them; that, and recognize the truth that the ego (“I”) does
not bring about this enlightenment or salvation, Christ and the Holy Spirit brings it about, the
Power of God brings it about, all as God Most High wills and ordains, all in due season.

When we discuss inmost mysteries such as this True Star and this Supernal Realization, let us look
and see, and listen and hear, with eyes and ears of holy awe and wonder, and let us look and see,
and listen and hear, with faith, hope and love, believing in the Christ-Spirit within and ever beyond
us, and believing in this truth of our inmost being – the truth of our being, primordial and supernal,
here and now.

Every living spirit and soul throughout the Entirety or Perud has a True Star, and it is the will of God
that all living spirits and souls realize their True Star and experience their salvation, their
enlightenment and liberation in Christ, the Anointed. Through the Power of God, through Divine
Grace, this enlightenment will come about for all spirits and souls, all are destined to it, all as
ordained by El Elyon, God Most High. Such is our faith in Christ and God, the True Light! Amen.

Now, this True Star is transcends the stars of our birth and the karmic continuum of our soul, and as
such corresponds with our transcendence of name and form, and personal history, and corresponds
with the awareness of our innate perfection in the Light Continuum, or Christ and God, and the
evermore we can be and become in Christ. As such, aware of this truth of our inmost being, we are
taught, “Take the Goal as the Path,” and likewise, “There is no Goal but the Path.” Thus,
receiving our initiation, in prayer and meditation, we seek to let go of our old self-identification
with unenlightened being, or with name and form, and personal history, and instead we seek to
generate a new self-identification with fully evolved and enlightened being, the Christ. Taking up
this self-transformation in Christ, or this shift to the view of the Christ-Self, and living in Christ and
as Christ, we co-create the conditions necessary for the full action of Divine Grace, or Christ-Spirit,
to bring about a swift Thunderbolt Enlightenment.

This practice of the Way of Transformation is founded upon the truth of our being in the crown star
and transcendent star, the Divine I Am, the Divine I Shall Be.

O Adonai, we pray, reveal our True Star to us so that we may follow in the Way; through Your
Grace anoint us and gather us into You. We pray that all living spirits and souls receive their
anointing and realize their perfection in You. Amen.

Thank you again for your guiding words. In other traditions, the eighth star is also sometimes
known as the "inner heart". There is a direct connection between the two. In it's realization, the
seven stars integrate and collapse into the inner heart and form something like a unified field. The
inner heart (or 8th star) becomes the basis for all.
