Communications technology that uses a single carrier frequency and requires stations

Bandwidth
(DataBase). Set of related data that is stored in a way that can be accessed in a simple way,
with the possibility to derelate them, sort them based on different criteria, etc. Databases are
one of the most-watched groups of personal productivity applications. Among the best known
can be mentioned dBase, Paradox, AccessyAproach, for PC environments, and Oracle, ADABAS,
DB / 2, Informix or Ingres, for medium and large systems.
Distributed database
Database installed in a network environment in which its components are resolved (See:
Reside) in more than one system. It also allows access, modification and updating of the data it
contains, from any of the connected systems, in a synchronized manner.
BCP
(Process Control Block) Each process is represented in the operating system with a process
control block (PCB, process controlblock), also called task control block. It contains the
information elements associated with a specific process, saving them in the memory.
BOOT
Start, start the operation of the computer. Have the computer start the execution of
instructions personal computers contain pre-installed instructions on a ROM chip, which are
automatically executed when the computer is turned on. Such instructions look for the
