Late FEE:-
Late entries will be accepted with a late fee of Rs.100/- per
participant till 31st August , 2019. However , No entry will be entertained after
100 entry (first come , first serve basis) or after 05th September, 2019.

Eligibility: Only Indian citizen with AICF & ABCA registration (for Bihar players
only) can participate in this tournament .

Lodging: Players have to make their own arrangement of the
accommodation. However , for paid accommodation , request can be
made . Accommodation are subject to availability on first come , first
serve basis. Please contact to the person in charge for accommodation .

Tournament Committee: The organizers will form a tournament
committee for the smooth conduct of the tournament.
Rules & Regulation: Tournament shall be played according to Fide Rules ,
Swiss System and Fide Laws of Chess shall be applicable ,

Default Time: 15 Minutes

Time Control: 90 Minutes + 30 Second increment per move, starting

from move no. 01

Protest: Protest, if any, against the decision of the Chief Arbiter shall be
made in writing with a protest fee of Rs.1,000/- within 30 minutes of
the occurrence of the incident. The protest fee will be refunded if the
appeal is upheld.

Appeals Committee: Before the commencement of the tournament, a five

member appeals committee shall be formed by Organizers. All the members
and reserves shall be from different states. No member of the Committee
can vote on a dispute in which a player from his own State is involved and in
such case(s) the reserve member(s) shall take his place in the committee.
