Hello,

We regret to inform you that your project has been disqualified.

Upon close inspection the project Fuelhook submitted during EH, it has been found that it is somewhat
similar to your past project "E-Funnel" with relatively few adjustments made without any changes that
violated the EH rule "fresh code" policy.

Elaborating on the policy, we had clearly mentioned in our website, webinar as well as in the opening
ceremony that all participants should submit fresh code. "No one is allowed to come in and build on top
of previously worked projects. It’s okay to work on designs beforehand, digital mockups, open source
frameworks, and anything else available to everyone, but keep things within fair limits and international
hackathon law. "

We suspect team Fuelhook submitted previously built project as their final submission for Everest Hack.
Before we take further action against this breach of code, we would like to provide you with an
opportunity to defend your work. Your team will have 10 hours after receiving this email to get back at
us regarding this issue. Provided that you fail to reach us, the team will automatically be considered as
public fraudster by violating international hackathon laws/rule and will be prosecuted accordingly as
per defined by Exhibit A.

We do not encourage such activities during hackathon and will prosecute the team by law if necessary.

We will be waiting for your response.

Regards,
EH Team
