- Compiling of LTE RF High Level Design, Low level design, and features list for 3
Ukraine Operators (Kyivstar, Vodafone, Lifecell). (3000+ eNodeB). Orchestrated
commercial launch, coordinated troubleshooting, archived smooth commercial launch
 with good KPI.
- Designed recommendations for parameter change to accommodate LTE  3G/2G
interworking, including actual change provision for LTE, 3G and 2G network elements.
- Headed Parameter discrepancy check and rectification of GSM/UMTS and LTE
parameters.
- LTE2600/LTE1800 technical launch preparation, issues tracking/repairing for 3 National
Operators.
