The intent of this application is to reduce the manual process and automate the way the DP Sheet,
Monthly Inventory Comparison, Quarterly Inventory Comparison are being generated for any
customer, for accounts for multiple frequencies.
We in this application will automate this entire flow: DP Sheet, various source systems from where
this information needs to be pulled in, template for generating the DP Sheet and updating the same
Project Description information within our application as well as finacle HCRMON Menu.
This This application needs to be integrated along with existing applications – central repository for
document/ report – Intellect and few other source systems. We need not implement any login
authentication. Employees logging in the Intellect will only have access to this application through
SSO.

The intent of this application is to reduce the manual process. Initially customer data will be keyed into
spreadsheets. This data will then be uploaded into the database. Information will be fetched from
Finacle, E-Forex and internal database where the data has been uploaded. This application will segregate
the data from multiple data sources and display it in a user friendly manner. User will also be able to
enter remarks for desired sections. Also, there are fields where the logged in user is expected to enter
Project data. This information will then be verified by checker. Once approved, the customer information will be
