Step 1. Click on the current user symbol (Top right on the tab).
Step 2. Choose Open Guest window.

Step 3. Enter this URL https://pts.petronas.com in browser address bar.

Step 4. Choose to sign in using one of the following accounts
* Please select Azure B2C (For external users)

For external user, there are 2 ways to register as per below:
(i) Sign up with your external email (Company email/Yahoo mail/Microsoft mail).
(ii)Sign up with your social account (Gmail).

All previously registered users prior to the revamped website need to register as new users per
steps 5(i) or 5 (ii)
Step 5(i)(a). Sign up with your external email (Company email/Yahoo mail/Microsoft mail).

Step 5(i)(b). Verify email address and fill in the following information to sign up for a new account.

Step 5(ii)(a). Sign up with your social account (Gmail).

Step 5(ii)(b). Fill in the following information and click ‘Continue’ to sign up for a new account.

Step 1. Input valid data into all mandatory fields.

Step 2. Tick on the check-box “I have read and agree with the Terms and Conditions above”.
Step 3. Click on [Submit] button.

Step 1. Homepage and dashboard are displayed.
Step 2. Click on “PTS Engineering” tab on the top menu of the Home Page.

Step 3. Select the SKG file.
Open
Step 4. Select one or multiple PTS to be downloaded at once.
Step 5. Click the [Download] button.

Step 1. Click on “Submit a Feedback” under “Feedback” tab on top of the menu of Home Page.
Step 2. Select the category of feedback (General or Technical).

Step 3. If feedback on technical, click on the “Technical” radio button.
Step 4. Select the option of “Technical Type”, select discipline, input PTS Document Number (optional)
and comment.
Step 5. Click on <Submit> button.

Step 6. User will be cc-ed details via the registered email account.
Open
User will receive an email notification on replied feedback.
Step 1. To view the replied feedback, user may do the following:

Step 2. Click on the status to expand view on feedback.
Step 3. Click on the ‘Request Number’ to view the reply.

Step 4. User may continue the conversation by submitting response, if needed.
