Job Description  

We are looking for enthusiastic graduates for the role of Member of Technical Staff on conversion post completion 
of internship of 6 months as a Graduate Engineering intern. 

Roles & Responsibilities  

● Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software applications. 

● Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. 
● Follow the best practices in software development and internal processes for ensuring 
high-quality standards. 
● Coordinate and communicate within the team to ensure impediments are highlighted and risks 
are mitigated.  
● Effective communication with stakeholders and efficient requirement gathering. 

Desired Skills  

• A highly enthusiastic person with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.  
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Sound understanding of the fundamentals of computer science, including data structures, 
 algorithms, and design patterns.  
• Prior software development experience is a good-to-have.  
• Web or mobile application development is a plus.  
• Self-disciplined to adhere to coding conventions and standards.  
• Has to be a team player, as a large part of the job requires coordinating with other team members.  
 
Required  

• Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science or Electronics, and 

Computer Science Engineering.  
• Fluent in English with good written and verbal communication skills.
