Contract, middle of Nov Up-to-date

Hitachi may consider more frequency for proof loadin testing (everyday), but PSM
insists 1time/1,000 sleepers. If more frequency, we will consider setting frame in
factory.
Coordinate with Mr.Tung for finishing of building construction.
Plan for equipment layout and procurement, after laboratory is ready, set up
equipment soon.
Awaiting for Mr. Vinh from Bach Khoa university
6 mix design already submit to HTC.
We will continue to check additional source for aggregate to propose to HTC later.
3rd party test result is necessary to propose to HTC.
VINA has to burden 3rd part laboratory test fee.

All markings are confirmed and made in JP.

VIBM is proposed tby Nghi Son Cement. HTC proposing VIBM to NJPT. If accepted,
3 options, Quatest3, SGS, VIBM.
