Feasibility study

ABSTRACT

This project is aimed at developing a web -based and Central reuitment process system for the HR Group
for a company. Some features of this system will be creating vacancies, stoning application data, and
interview process initiation, scheduling interview, stoning interview results,for the applicant and finally
hiring of the applicant.Reports may be required to be generated for the use of the HR group.

This project " website for career guidance" in an online website in which job seekers can register
themselves apply for jobs and then attend the exam based on the outcome of the exam job seekers will
be short listed . For fresher, the exam will be conducted at some venue after short listing of the
preliminary aptitude test. The details of the examination venue and date of the examination will be
made available to them through the website.

EXISTING SYSTEM

Requirements is done manually. These tasks are time consuming. It may take one month or long people
around the world cannot apply. website online requirements system very convenient because in the
manual system there are lots of difficulties in conducting and managing a requirements exam, short
listing, maintain staff etc.

PROPOSED SYSTEM

The website for career guidance is aimed at a developing a web-based and Central recruitment process
system for the HR group for a company.

It has made all the process easy.
