DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is entered into and executed by and between:

VENDEES agrees and promises to buy the aforementioned property including the

receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the VENDOR to her full satisfaction, the
VENDOR does hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY the above parcel of land and its

The VENDOR hereby undertakes that their heirs, successors, and assigns shall warrant
and defend the title to the real property subject of this DEED OF SALE against all claims
of all persons or entities. The VENDOR already relinquished possession of the property
subject of this agreement to the VENDEE and will defend the latter against all judicial or
administrative actions for eviction.

That the VENDOR complied with the provisions of ART. 1623 of the New Civil Code as
well as the Land Reform Code of the Philippines.

acknowledgement is written, with every page thereof duly signed by the parties
including their instrumental witnesses, at the bottom or left margin thereof and seal
with notarial seal, refers to a Deed of Sale of Real Property located in the City of Taguig.
