I. INTRODUCTION
In RTRMS-ZT system, provision has been made to reset password of trader ID and session ID used by
members to connect to the Exchange trading system. For IML Users facility has been provided to
Reset/change Trader ID Password. For ETI Users facility has been provided to Reset/change Trader ID
and Session ID Password.

This new functionality has been explained in this document.

II. RESET TRADER/SESSION PASSWORD

1) Once logged in, member should go to ZT menu and select option as “Reset Trader/Session
Password”.

2) Post clicking on this menu, member should select the type of trader for which password is to be
reset. Two options available are IML and ETI.

3) If password needs to be reset for IML user then following steps should be followed:
a) Member should select option as IML and click on Next button

b) Post clicking On Next, following screen will appear

c) On this screen, member should specify necessary details i.e. Trader ID, Password details and
click on Submit.

Note: Password reset shall happen as per existing password policy.

d) Following confirmation message would be displayed.

e) Member should click on OK to change the password, else click on cancel.

f) On successfully changing the password, following message would be displayed.

4) If password needs to be reset for ETI user then following steps should be followed:
a) Member should select option as ETI and click on Next button

b) Post clicking On Next, following screen will appear

c) On this screen, in field Member ID logged in member’s ID will be displayed. In field Reset
Password for, “Trader” or “Session” needs to be selected (as highlighted below)

d) If member selects Trader ID then following screen is displayed.

e) Member should select respective Trader ID and specify necessary password details.

Note: Password reset shall happen as per existing password policy.

f) After entering all the details, click on Submit button.

g) Following confirmation message would be displayed. Appropriate error message will be

displayed, if details entered are incorrect.

h) Member should click on OK to change the password, else click on cancel.

i) On successfully changing the password, following message would be displayed.

j) If member selects Session ID then following screen is displayed.

k) Member should select respective Session ID in this field and specify details in rest of the
fields.

Note: Password reset shall happen as per existing password policy.

l) After entering all the details click on Submit.

m) Following confirmation message would be displayed. Appropriate error message will be

displayed, if details entered are incorrect.

n) Member should click on OK to change the password, else click on cancel.

o) On successfully changing the password, following message would be displayed.
