 We understand that the bank is liable to pay the beneficiary, if a claim is made
with in the statutory minimum claim period of 12 months after the expiry date
mentioned in the Guarantee. Hence, we authorise the bank to block/ continue
the limit by holding the margin/collateral for such additional period and to
recover the commission for the said period from our account.
 We confirm to get the original BG back for cancellation upon BG expiry.

Additionally for open ended BGs

 We are aware that BG is being booked as open ended BG and we will ensure
that original BG is submitted back for cancellation.
 We authorize Bank to extend the BG validity till such time the original BG is not
provided for cancellation and to debit commission to their account for such
extension/s.
