 Situation 1: “The larger the range of products, the more customer centric I am.”

Penshoppe is a famous clothing brand but it is also known for its different and unique kinds of
slippers, wallets, towels, hats, and perfumes. It is a customer centric because of the products that
are introduced in the market

Situation 2: “Better technology leads to better customer service”

We can use a projector as an example, or a sewing machine. The old version of these machines
are more hard and can malfunction any time because their era of technology is still not as
advanced as to now. Unlike the newer version of these machines it is more portable and easier to
use that’s the reason why it leads to a better customer service.

Situation 3: “Launch a product and the customer will start using instantly”

Lazada, Shoppee are a great example of this situation because buying a product personally can
be hard sometimes, if the product you want doesn’t have it on your location, you tend to travel
just to buy one simple product unlike online shopping, just one click and they will deliver it on
your doorstep, all we have to do is to learn the proper way to use this shopping application
because it can be risky since not all you buy their suits your preference.

Situation 4: “The only way to get a customer is from competition”

Apple and android is the example we used because they are competitors, and we are the
customers, we have our styles, our types, our preferences. It depends on the person if they like
the glamour look, they buy apple, and if others prefer low budget but medium specs they go to
andoid. That’s why their company thinks of new ideas to pick their product and to surpass their
competitor for sales.

Situation 5: “Just advertise and you will sell”

Advertisements is a famous strategy in a business industry because it helps the business to gain
more customers through influencing people to notice their products.

Situation 6: “In the absence of the relationships trust builds financial brands”

Islander sandals is popular footwear company in late 2000’s. it is a famous brand because its
affordable and the quality of this footwear is very excellent and islander is proudly a Philippine
made product
